Experience in Labelling Applications like Loftware P360, Nicelabel, BartenderAble to create/update documentation (such as configuration/technical specifications, installation verification)Familiar with SDLC - Software Development LifecycleExperience in system/application troubleshootingExperience with Windows Stack (MS SQL, IIS, EventViewer, Schedulers)Basic database experience, perform and commit queriesExperience with API testing tools (e.G., Postman, SOAP) and JSON structure knowledgeHands-on experience with Retina / Codebeamer and/or JIRA or other agile tools (Backlog and Task Management)Testing or debugging skills (log analysis)Experience working in CSV / GMP environmentsExperience working in Agile projectsHands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management)Script automation knowledge (PowerShell / Python - desirable)Basic JavaScript knowledge (desirable)SAFe Certification is an advantage (mandatory after joining)ITIL experienceThanks & Regards,SreejaIT Recruiter | Europe & UKEmail - Services Limited
