 
        
        Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for a work package of warehouse associated with different clients with the following tasks:
 * Ensure functional integration of the sites within the Global Logistics Network
 * Monitor and track the performance of various logistics operators or support staff in the satellite warehouses ensuring compliance with each contract
 * Validate reported KPIs and monitor potential deviations in order to implement corrective action plans
 * Monitor inventory management in warehouse
 * Act as global point for internal customers to address client-related issues including priority management and crisis situations in collaboration with Procurement Quality programs and Material Services
 * Collaborate with the local teams to identify improvements ensuring implementation and escalated risks and bottlenecks
 * Organize regular meetings and visits with customers as part of customer services activities
 * Conduct internal audits at the various sites in accordance with internal procedures as well as short term and long term improvement plans
 * Coordinate the standardization of logistic processes across the different satellite warehouses as much as possible supporting local teams and participating in logistics decisions and model to be implemented
 * Collaborate on definition of services projects and warehouses to offer for new clients
 * Contribute to the correct development of contracts for each logistic operator together with General Procurement and participation in possible new tenders or extensions
 * Support HO Global Logistic Network on area activities
 * Collaboration in improvement projects of the area
Required Experience and Skills
 * Stakeholder management
 * Export Control & Part 145 Knowledge
 * Used to working challenging environments
 * Previous experience in Material Support topics such as Logistics Repairs Suppliers Regulations will be highly valuable
 * SAP knowledge and experience on Material Management Sales Distribution and or Warehouse Management Modules
