Job Description:
At Ferrovial Digital Infrastructure (FDI), we develop data center assets, from land acquisition to design, construction, operation, and maintenance, focusing on efficient and sustainable solutions.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Professional with expertise in financial monitoring of infrastructure projects, preferably in the Data Centre sector. Your role will be to ensure budget control, profitability, and proper financial execution of projects, collaborating with Project Management, Procurement, and Finance teams, and supporting the CFO and Head of Projects Development.
The ideal candidate will lead financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting to support strategic decisions related to our asset portfolio, especially our first data center project.
You will work closely with various teams within Ferrovial and report to the Finance team and the Head of Projects Development of Ferrovial Digital Infrastructure.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering with finance training; strong interest in financial planning and analysis.
* 3-5 years of relevant experience.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
* Experience with SAP.
* High proficiency in English.
* Valuable: Experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in data centers; experience in multicultural environments.

Responsibilities:
* Lead annual budgeting, including data collection, variance analysis, and management presentation.
* Prepare financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), analyzing variances and ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
* Identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
* Develop and monitor KPIs.
* Implement systems and processes for financial control and compliance.
* Manage cash flow, collections, payments, and investments.
* Oversee internal controls and participate in audits.
* Validate invoices and control costs.
* Perform ad-hoc analyses for strategic decisions.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
