Your Role
Are you passionate about driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and promoting a wellness lifestyle?
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead business development in the Balearic Islands (ideally based in Mallorca), covering both the Club and HCP (Health, Corporate & Performance) sales segments.
In this role, you will play a key part indeveloping new business opportunities and managing existing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships with our clients while promoting Technogym’s premium range of products, services, and digital solutions.

Your Impact
* Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
* Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
* Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
* Increase customer satisfaction
* Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
* Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
About You
* +3 years ofsales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
* Knowledge and experience in the Fitness, Sport Industry and Healthcare.
* Degree in Business Administration, Sales or similar.
* Experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
* Fluency in Spanish andEnglish.
