The role Reporting to the CEO/General Management and partnering closely with key business areas, the Chief People Officer will lead the overall People strategy and HR operations, driving culture, talent and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities Define and execute the People strategy (organization, culture, leadership).
Lead talent acquisition for key roles and ensure a strong onboarding process.
Drive performance management, learning and development.
Oversee employee relations and advise managers on day-to-day people matters.
Manage compensation & benefits, engagement and internal communication.
Improve processes, reporting and KPIs (HRIS/ERP).
