Job Role: Accounting Technician
The accounting technician will be responsible for the control, coordination and supervision of the company's accounting, as well as the internal treasury.
Main Responsibilities:
* Performing the company's internal general accounting, treasury management, and bank reconciliations.
* Support in the preparation of taxes, VAT, IRPF, IS, and reconciling with accounting data.
* Record and organize financial transactions, maintaining accuracy in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
* Periodically reconcile financial records, investigating and resolving discrepancies in bank statements, accounts, and other data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Analyse financial statements, identify areas of improvement and risks, provide recommendations to improve performance and ensure compliance with internal regulations and policies.
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 5 years in accounting role within multinational company.
* Experience in administration and finance departments performing data control, invoicing, conciliation bank and treasury functions.
* Knowledge of a Microsoft ERP system (Navision, BC, AX).
Required Skills:
* Advanced level CRM Navision / rapid (MANDATORY)
* Advanced written and oral level (English) desirable (Italian)
