For the role of
VB D&A Delivery Lead, we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include:
New Product & Enhancement Delivery:
Lead the delivery of all new data, analytics, and insights products and improvements to existing ones, ensuring strong alignment with VB strategic objectives.Execution Roadmap Design:
Shape and manage the VB execution roadmap, including scope definition, delivery planning, and sequencing, in alignment with Group D&A and VB goalsStakeholder Alignment:
Build strong partnerships with VB stakeholders to ensure delivery outcomes meet expectations and are tied to business success.Group D&A Engagement:
Collaborate closely with Group D&A to ensure strategic alignment, provide delivery progress updates, and enable them to manage senior stakeholder expectations.Cross-Team Orchestration:
Coordinate delivery across key D&A execution teams:
O Product Engineering teamo D&A Business Product Owner teamo D&A AI &ML teamo D&A Data Governance teamLocal VB Delivery Support:
Support Group D&A by enabling consistent and efficient delivery of VB-aligned D&A initiatives across local markets. Identify reusable product components, common needs, and scalable opportunities, while stakeholder ownership of local VBUs remains with Group D&A.Change &Transition Management:
Manage transitions of material product enhancements or rebuilds into delivery.People Leadership:
Lead and develop a team of D&A delivery professionals;
foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvementDelivery Assurance:
Drive accountability for delivery timelines, quality, issue resolution, and value outcomes.What you bring8+ years in data and analytics roles with an emphasis on delivery execution.Proven experience delivering new D&A products and major enhancements.Deep understanding of Vodafone Business operations and stakeholder needs.Familiarity with analytics platforms, AI/ML development, and data governance.Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models.Exposure to local market operating models and how to scale group-level D&A assets across them..Advanced level of EnglishPlease, apply with an English version of your CV.Bonus on top of the gross salary.Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday, and an intensive schedule on Fridays.Intensive Summer Schedule during July and August.Up to 20 days per year of 100% remote work from other locations.Private Health and Life Insurance for employees.25 vacation days, plus December 24th and 31st off.Access to an online learning platform for continuous training.#LI-HybridREF:
