Your mission in a few words
Lead the end-to-end development of new food products, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and successful launch.
What would you do?
* Assist in the development and management of new food product projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and meeting project objectives.
* Conduct cost analysis and comparisons of the new products.
* Collaborate with various departments (e.g Regulatory, R&D, MKT) to provide regular project updates and ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
* Manage the new product development process from the beginning to the launching. Going form product definition, special quality requirements, samples, costs and production
The Baker we’re looking for
* Secondary or higher university degree: Bachelor's Degree in ADE, Food Science and Technology, Biology or similar. Project management education is a plus.
* Effective written and oral communication in German, English and Spanish is a must.
* 2–5 years of experience in similar roles within the food industry or product development is a plus.
* Advanced used of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Adaptable and quick learner, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, time management, organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
* Team work, communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with different departments to find the best solution for unexpected challenges.
* Minimum of 15% travel internationally.
