Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience in a fine casual dining concept, preferably Italian cuisineAt least one additional year of experience in a Demi Chef position or equivalentProven record of kitchen and staff management with good communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environmentQualification from Culinary schoolKnowledge of HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety ProtocolsUpper intermediate level in English is mandatoryFluency in Spanish is a plusAbout the job:
