At our Market Center in Barcelona, we are expanding our team and currently looking for an Iberia Accounts Payable Manager:
The profile we are looking for will need to perform the following functions, based in Barcelona:
* You will be responsible for the reliability and management of accounting closures.
* Preparation of reports to control the main KPIs of the company.
* Supporting in the preparation of Fix costs Budget and monthly deviation follow-up.
* Review of the balance sheet for each closing.
* Management of monthly taxes (VAT, IRPF, prov IS).
* Coordination of the AP invoice workflow with the accounting team.
* Supervision and preparation of the month's provisions.
* Supervision of the codification for supplier invoices and resolution of doubts for the accountant’s team.
* Coordinating the digital approval process of AP invoices.
* Control of supplier aging.
* Management of the SAP B1 assets module.
* Manage the team of accountants under supervision.
* Supervision of travel policy and other policies usage.
* Improvement of existing processes.
* Preparation of ad hoc projects.

The profile we seek must meet the following requirements:
* Analytical person, with a strong eye for detail, proactive, with experience working in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
* Previous management experience with small teams.
* Experience with accounting closures.
* Minimum 5 years in an accounting department as a general accountant.
* Experience in deviation analysis.
* Technical and accounting knowledge.
* Expertise in audit preparation and documentation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
* Experience working with SAP, Navision, or similar systems.
* Accustomed to working under deadlines and preparing reports.
* Focused on team development and improvement.
* Experience managing closings in medium & large companies.
* Languages: Native Spanish and Catalan. Intermediate English.
