Will contribute to revenue growth by acquiring new customers or maximising the value of Sage's existing customers, either by offering them additional products or upgrading the versions of products or services they have already purchased. Will understand and diagnose customer issues and align the appropriate Sage solutions, building trust in the brand and the value offered.
Note: this role is hybrid and will require you to work 3 days a week from our Madrid office.
Responsibilities
New customer acquisition or cross‐selling and upselling.
Manage opportunities to offer our solutions to potential customers or complementary products/services.
Sales target achievement to maximise revenue through customer acquisition or the customer portfolio.
Follow up on leads generated by the company, as well as those obtained through your own initiatives.
Stay up to date on the company's products and services, as well as the latest market trends.
Train in effective sales techniques, especially in new business as well as in cross‐selling and upselling.
Handle objections and close sales in a persuasive manner.
Manage pipeline and forecast, using CRM‐X3 tools to record interactions and track sales opportunities.
