This role is highly outbound-driven. Cold calling is the most effective and prioritized channel. You will spend a significant part of your day speaking directly with prospects by phone.
Responsibilities
* Experience and responsibilities as described in the role: outbound prospecting and phone-based outreach.
* Book meetings through high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and decision makers.
* Test scripts, objections, and angles directly on calls to accelerate learning.
* Use LinkedIn and email to support and warm up calls, not to replace them.
* Track and improve call performance inside HubSpot.
Requirements
* A real master in cold calling.
* Basic understanding of copywriting.
* Experience using a CRM, especially HubSpot.
* Strong communication in English (B2 level minimum).
* Passion for startups and learning through practice.
* Self-starter mindset.
* Curiosity and resilience.
* Comfortable in fast-paced, flexible environments.

* Performance Review System applies to 50% of the RAL as a bonus with no cap; bonuses may be linked to over-performance.
