About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious Traffic Manager Intern eager to learn the fundamentals of performance marketing in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. This internship offers hands‑on experience working with advertisers, partners, and marketing technologies, and contributing to projects that drive real impact.
What You’ll Do
* Assist with the launch, testing, and scaling of ad campaigns
* Help prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders
* Support the organisation and maintenance of campaign records, links, and performance data
* Help with A/B testing initiatives across banners, copy and landing pages
* Analyse campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CR, ROI, CPC, CPM, and CPA
* Coordinate with partners and media buyers to activate new campaigns
* Identify new advertisers and business opportunities
* Prepare presentations, reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
* Provide backup support during holidays when needed
* Support additional marketing activities, including email campaign set‑up, database management and deliverability monitoring
What We’re Looking For
* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field
* Strong computer and internet skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
* Analytical mindset with curiosity to test, learn and solve problems
* Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
* Interest in performance marketing, ad tech and data‑driven decision making
* Eager to learn, grow and contribute new ideas to the team
* Eligible for an internship agreement with your university
