The Role

Are you ready to take the guide in shaping the future of global travel retail marketing? As a Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and consumer engagement for assigned brands within our Global Duty-Free and Travel Retail business units. Working with a dynamic, cross-functional team, you'll ensure our brands thrive across international markets while balancing short-term commercial success with long-term brand building.

Principle Accountabilities

* Lead cross-category portfolio management, strategic planning, and execution for key brands in global travel retail.
* Act as a bridge between the Global Consumer Office and local markets, ensuring strategic fit of brand initiatives.
* Develop portfolio strategy and consumer experience plan, ensuring local relevance while adhering to global brand guidelines.
* Oversee end-to-end project management, from strategy to execution, ensuring commercial success.
* Assess brand performance and establish consumer and commercial KPIs, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and strategic alignment.

Skills and Experience Required

* Experience in brand portfolio management and consumer marketing within a global FMCG organisation.
* Proven success in launching and scaling brands across multiple markets.
* Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills in a complex, fast-paced environment.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality results.
* Experience in adapting global brand strategies to suit local market needs.
