We are looking for an Asset Management based in Sevilla or Madrid to give support to our projects.
What will you help with?
- Monitor project construction and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with information obligations under financing contracts.
- Prepare financial reports and ratios for financial institutions.
- Analyze and control project income and costs.
- Oversee billing and collection processes related to energy balances.
- Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of project budgets and forecasts.
- Propose methodologies to enhance process efficiency.
- Support the administration of land lease contracts.
- Assist with the renewal of Guarantees.
- Support cash flow management and forecasting.
- Maintain document control systems.
- Assist in the management of insurance claims.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- Based in Sevilla or Madrid.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in similar roles.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is required.
- Basic tax knowledge of VAT taxes, income taxes and withholding taxes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analytical and mathematical capabilities.
- Critical thinking and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn about an exciting and fast-growing industry.
- High degree of attention to detail.
