We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant to join the team in Málaga (on-site). In this role, you’ll represent a leading fashion brand, providing world-class support and helping customers with their orders, products, and services. What you’ll do As a Fashion Support Consultant, you will: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels. Log all case details into the management system and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Maintain product and service knowledge related to the fashion brand you represent. Escalate potential issues to your mentor or team lead when needed. Follow all company processes and administrative procedures. You’re a great fit if you: Are fluent or bilingual in Finnish, with advanced English or Spanish. Have strong customer care and problem-solving skills. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Are adaptable, proactive, and able to take ownership of each case. Have basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, internet configuration).
