Role Mission
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will ensure that our clients' service expectations are exceeded in a personable, playful, and engaging way, enabling you to deliver your individual and team goals. You will be a consistent high performer, delivering both qualitative and quantitative results.
Responsibilities
1. Be an exceptional client advisor consistently achieving individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results and support the team in their sales
2. Provide an exceptional customer service experience to each client; greeting, listening, assisting, advising, and exceeding their expectations
3. Exemplify our brand history and heritage
4. Highlight our product categories through your exceptional product knowledge to cross sell and upsell
5. Engage with diverse clients, always putting them at ease to develop long lasting relationships
6. Develop and grow your client book, updating client information on the relevant company tools
7. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, leveraging all available tools to develop existing clients and recruit new clients to build long term relationships
8. Perform as a team player, participating and collaborating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
9. Actively participate in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE’s visual standards
10. Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner; front and back of house
11. Support with inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks
12. Follow the company’s policies and procedures including LOEWE’s standards in terms of grooming and behavior
13. Support Management in developing the team through mentoring and/or being a buddy for new joiners
Profile
Key Requirements
14. Proven experience in driving and exceeding individual goals to become a top performer and key contributor in team results
15. Experience within a similar role in Leather goods and/or Ready to Wear
16. A deep interest in Fashion, Art, and Culture
17. Experience working within a diverse, dynamic team
18. Excels in sharing knowledge, inspiring and coaching others to be their best
19. Excels in adapting and connecting with different clients and situations to be a master of client engagement
20. Effective communication skills with the sensitivities to build and maintain a client book
21. Results driven with a commercial mindset without compromising on the Team Player attitude
