In this field-based Medical Affairs role, you will act as a scientific partner for healthcare professionals in Genitourinary Oncology, translating evidence into clinically useful dialogue. You will support short- and long-term Medical Affairs aims while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position focuses on improving patient outcomes and shaping how genitourinary cancers are managed. You will engage in scientific exchange, contribute to medical education, and participate in studies and pre-approval activities, all while upholding compliance and pharmacovigilance standards.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Develop and deliver an activity plan aligned with national Medical Affairs and Brand Plans• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Genitourinary Oncology therapeutics and data• Conduct balanced medical communications with Leading Specialists and healthcare partners under regulatory standards• Participate in medical education initiatives, advisory boards, and scientific meetings locally and regionally• Support Market Access discussions with objective scientific data and collaborate with internal teams• Contribute to local medical projects (studies, registries, investigator-initiated research, pre-approval activities) and capture field insights for planning• Ensure all activities comply with pharmacovigilance, healthcare compliance, and company proceduresResponsabilidades• Medical Doctor, Pharmacy, or university degree in Natural Sciences or related xcskxlj field• Oncology experience preferred, ideally Genitourinary Oncology• Experience in Medical Affairs or MSL role, and ability to engage in peer-to-peer discussions with senior professionals• Strong independent work capability in a field-based role; fluent Spanish and English; valid driver’s license• Experience with payer or Market Access environments and knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system advantageous• Travel willingness across Northern SpainRequisitos principales•
