Senior Program Manager, Data Center
Iron Mountain is seeking a high-performing Senior Program Manager to join our Iron Mountain Data Centers team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of business programs, strategic and operational initiatives, and change management strategies to ensure strategic outcomes are met on time and within budget. You will join a collaborative Program Management team dedicated to enhancing playbooks and tools to drive operational excellence across our global footprint.
Experience within a Data Center environment is an essential requirement of this position.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the orchestration and execution of complex, cross-functional strategic programs from initiation through benefits realization to ensure successful delivery of scope and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Collaborate with globally distributed teams and executive leadership to align Data Center strategic and operational initiatives with global corporate functions, providing visibility on progress and risks.
* Develop and implement standardized operational processes and program management best practices to ensure compliance with organizational standards and drive scalable results.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience of running complex global programs and leading matrixed teams within the Data Center industry.
* Strong knowledge of data center facilities operations, critical infrastructure, and colocation services.
* Proven ability in change leadership and influencing stakeholders at all levels, with the capacity to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences.
* Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or PRINCE2 certification is highly desired.
