Overview
While this is a remote position, we are currently only considering candidates between UTC-1 to UTC+2.
Are you a top-performing salesperson? A hunter? Do you love the tech/software world and are you looking for the opportunity to sell a hot product with unlimited income potential?
Responsible for pitching Landbot’s products and services to leads, assisting, and closing the sale. You will execute and iterate our sales strategy to increase company performance and identify new business opportunities. The goal is to drive sustainable growth and forge strong relationships with customers.
You’ll also analyze data, give feedback to the Marketing team, and ensure the company’s go-to-market strategy is effective.
While we’re looking for a ‘closer’, teamwork is essential, so expect to support different stages of the sales funnel.
Main functions
* Achieve monthly quotas via phone, email, and meetings.
* Master the Landbot platform and stay updated with new features.
* Conduct successful business meetings, including platform demos, with prospects arranged by our Sales team.
* Understand prospects’ pain points, challenges, and needs for their specific use case.
* Assist users during the trial period, converting opportunities into customers.
* Optimize, manage, and implement our sales strategy.
* Share customer insights and feedback with marketing and product teams.
* Support team success and help colleagues achieve their goals.
* Build, maintain, and expand client relationships.
* Proven track record as a top performer with at least 3 years of experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup.
* Experience with Mid-market customers.
* Excellent communication skills: capable of verbal and written communication, building trust with clients.
* Experience conducting meetings via video conferencing tools comfortably.
* Resourcefulness: ability to solve conflicts and problems autonomously and efficiently.
* Excellent negotiation skills: prepare for negotiations and review sales documentation thoroughly.
* Experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
