As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will focus on sales activities within Spain, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, France & Spain.About the Role
Your role involves promoting and selling EVBox charging solutions (hardware, software, and services) to key segments in Spain. You will manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to tender responses, contract negotiations, closing deals, and account management of your customer portfolio. Your main goal is to achieve revenue targets for the Spanish market, making a significant impact on sustainable mobility.Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize target clients and industries based on market analysis.Qualify and convert leads into opportunities following qualification criteria.Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow revenue and market presence.Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.Support, communicate, and coach partners and customers to maximize business potential.Drive sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and conduct competitor analysis.Represent EVBox at regional masterclasses, webinars, workshops, and trade shows as part of the communication strategy.Account Management
Understand client pain points, provide insights, and educate partners on EVBox solutions.Conduct high-level sales meetings and presentations.Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project deployment from order to implementation.Advise accounts on EV charging solutions and services.Customer Journey & Transversal Role
Implement the sales process, including qualification, initiative identification, and revenue forecasting.Provide input on pricing, product development, and contract terms.Align market approach with colleagues and improve sales practices.Develop tailored charging solutions in collaboration with presales, marketing, and other teams.About You
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in commercial, electrical engineering, electronics, renewables, or business development.Languages:
Fluent Spanish and at least C1 English;
French is a plus.Experience:
Minimum 10 years in B2B sales, preferably in tech, automotive, e-mobility, or electrical installation sectors. At least 3 years in e-mobility, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous.Physical & Other Requirements:
Ability to visit customers onsite, hold a valid driver’s license.Mindset & Skills:
