Responsibilities
* Flight control
* VIP passenger attention
* Flight boarding
* Documentation tasks: customer service at the counter, processing and preparation of flight and customs documentation and coordination of their actions with the warehouse.
* Management of additional services for VIP passengers and crews such as hotels, transportation, etc.
* Ground-air, ground-ground transmitter link.
* Coordination of tasks on the track and offices
* Liaison with crew and measure times.
* Attach and release Push-Back adapters
* Battery recharge
* Placement and removal of chocks
* Loading and unloading of containers, loading and unloading in the warehouse.
Qualifications
Required languages: English - Advanced Level
Nice to have skills
* Qualification in Tourism or similar
* Experience in the sector of at least one year, performing passenger check-in and boarding tasks.
* Experience in dealing with international clients
