What You´ll Do
• Schedule & Coordinate - Create and oversee production schedules coordinating the flow of works and materials to meet deadlines.
• Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels - Monitor availability and inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or excesses.
• Material Requirement planning Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Resource Allocation - Plan that the right equipment, materials and staff are available and allocated correctly for production.
• Monitoring Production - Coordinate and oversee with Production Team the execution of the
production schedule to ensure deadlines are met. Track production progress.
• Problem solving - Identify and resolve production disruptions, bottlenecks and other issues that could impact output.
• Coordination with other departments - Collaborate with Production to ensure smooth workflow. Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers.
• Reporting and Documentation - production performance and any variances from the schedule. Prepare and maintain an organized record of product information, orders and transactions.
• Process Improvement - Analyze production processes and find ways to improve efficiency, reduce and increase productivity.
Requirements
What You´ll Need
* Bachelor's degree in in Business Administration, Production Management, or related field.
* Proven experience (4-8 years) in Production Planning
* Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (MS Dynamics will be preferred).
* English will be your working language. Other languages will be highly valuated.
