Our proprietary platform powers products and solutions trusted by major enterprise customers—and we’re now accelerating into the SME and retail markets, opening up massive new growth opportunities.
Base salary + unlimited uncapped commission (100% of base salary + target) The Role
You will own new business development for our commercial solutions across enterprise and small-to-medium businesses. This role is built for sales professionals who are comfortable opening doors, leading consultative conversations, and closing complex deals in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be trusted to operate with autonomy, manage your pipeline end-to-end, and represent us with senior decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
- Generate and close new B2B business through outbound prospecting and relationship-building
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across enterprise and SMB accounts
- Lead conversations with Director-, VP-, and C-suite stakeholders
- Position the company as a commercial, value-driving solution
- Travel as needed for in-person meetings, events, and deal acceleration
- Partner cross-functional to structure solutions that meet customer needs
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and deal discipline

What You Bring
- Proven success in B2B sales across enterprise and/or SMB customers
- Experience running consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong outbound skills (email, phone, LinkedIn, in-person)
- Ability to articulate value clearly and adapt messaging by customer segment
- Willingness to travel and work across time zones
- Ability to work in your lived-in country without current or future visa sponsorship
- Fluency in English at a professional level
