We're looking for a Brand Manager to lead the strategy of our own brands, boosting performance and digital presence to drive growth and deliver real impact for our customers
¿What would you do on a daily basis?
* Shape and lead the brand strategy and positioning for assigned brands, combining consumer insights, market trends, and business objectives to build brands people truly connect with.
* Own the end-to-end performance of the brands, driving revenue growth and profitability through continuous optimization of product mix and key commercial levers (pricing, bundles, cross-selling).
* Lead product launches and innovation projects, defining go-to-market strategies (positioning, pricing, forecasting) and ensuring seamless cross-functional execution.
* Create and execute impactful marketing and communication plans, delivering consistent, high-quality content across all channels with a strong focus on engagement and conversion.
* Ensure best-in-class e‑commerce execution, optimizing visibility, discoverability, and customer experience across search, categories, product pages, and content.
* Track, analyze, and act on KPIs, turning data into actionable insights and high-impact initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with Demand Planning and Purchasing teams to manage forecasting and stock planning, maximizing availability and sales performance.
* Lead cross-functional projects, acting as a key point of contact between teams to ensure alignment, speed, and effective execution.
What makes you special for this role?
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A postgraduate degree in Marketing or an MBA will be considered a strong plus.
* Specialized certifications in brand management or strategic marketing are highly valued.

* 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand management, ideally within an eCommerce or digital environment.
* Proven experience building and executing brand strategies that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and long-term growth.
* A well-rounded skill set combining:

o Solid digital & e‑commerce expertise
o Deep knowledge of marketing and brand management
