What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Marketing Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in hotel marketing operations while developing essential skills in digital communications, branding, and project coordination. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Support in the execution of marketing projects and campaigns in line with brand standards and hotel strategies.
2. Assist in maintaining and updating the hotel website to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current promotions and events.
3. Collaborate in the creation and scheduling of social media content to engage our audience and enhance brand presence across platforms.
4. Coordinate with different hotel departments to collect relevant information for marketing communications.
5. Assist in monitoring online presence and reputation, supporting the Marketing team in responding to reviews and inquiries.
6. Help organize and document marketing events and activities, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality execution.
7. Stay updated on hospitality and marketing trends, contributing fresh ideas to ongoing projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
8. A current student specializing in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
9. Strong interest in the hotel industry and hospitality marketing.
10. Understanding of marketing events and brand activations.
11. Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
12. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication trends.
13. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
14. Language Skills : Advanced English and Advanced Spanish is a must.
15. Full-Time Commitment : This is a paid internship, Monday to Friday. Please note that housing is not included.
16. Our internship programs require 6-month availability starting in January.
17. Educational Collaboration : You must be able to sign a collaboration agreement with your school or study center.
18. Work Authorization : You need to have legal authorization to work in Spain or your University must be approved for Internships in the EU.
