In this role you guide a global Concierge Specialist team to deliver consistent multi-country support for SAP market units. You oversee partner workloads, language coverage, and quality assurance to ensure reliable, scalable delivery. You act as the main bridge between SAP regional teams and global governance, driving improvements in processes, tooling, and reporting. You’ll contribute to a high-impact, hybrid-work culture focused on inclusion, diversity, and measurable value.

• Lead and coach a team of in-market Concierge Specialists aligned to Global strategy
• Oversee partner allocation to balance workloads within the 1:15 service ratio
• Ensure language coverage and time-zone alignment across markets
• Monitor delivery quality, conduct QA reviews and performance calibration
• Manage regional escalations and support SAP market unit issues
• Ensure consistent partner cadences, enablement, and planning cycles
• Roll-up reporting on partner performance, marketing activity impact, and engagement
• Drive adherence to hub standards, playbooks, and SAP marketing processes
• Track and report hub KPIs (partner satisfaction, engagement, marketing/sales metrics)
• Act as primary liaison between SAP regional teams, governance, and Concierge pod
• Communicate program updates and best practices to regional teams and partners
• Partner with SAP regional teams to align on priorities and escalations
• Provide limited direct support for high-priority partners
• Identify regional trends, risks, and opportunities; relay insights to governance and stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (tooling, templates, reports)
Responsabilidades
• 6–8+ years in B2B/partner marketing, customer success, or marketing operations
• Experience leading teams in service delivery/operations
• Strong understanding of channel/partner xpzdshu ecosystems and multi-country delivery
• Data-driven with experience reviewing funnel analytics and trends
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and campaign management workflows
• Ability to drive consistency and quality across multilingual, multi-country teams
