This opportunity is ideal for engineers passionate about Kubernetes internals, platform engineering, automation and distributed systems, who enjoy owning infrastructure from development through production.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain Kubernetes Controllers and Operators within complex multi-cluster environments
* Build automation solutions for provisioning and lifecycle management of cloud infrastructure
* Package and deploy platform services using standardized deployment approaches across multiple environments
* Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and internal engineering platforms
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment
* Contribute to secure infrastructure designs, including segmented and isolated environments
* Ensure reliability, scalability and operational excellence of cloud-native systems
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience developing software in Go / Golang
* Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
* Experience building Kubernetes Controllers, Operators or working with Cluster API ecosystems
* Good understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
* Experience with CI/CD tooling, automation and Infrastructure as Code
* Comfortable operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters
* Exposure to highly secure or isolated infrastructure environments is a plus
* Strong communication skills in English
Nice to Have
* Experience with multi-cluster orchestration
* Knowledge of GitOps practices
* Exposure to platform engineering or internal developer platforms
* Familiarity with air-gapped or highly regulated environments
