Service Manager SAP Basis - English - Barcelona
We are seeking a Service Manager with in-depth knowledge of SAP Basis and conversational English, not a technical profile.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage infrastructure services with experience in SAP systems as a core tool for the company.
* Prepare and present monthly reports (indicators, SLAs, KPIs, etc.).
* Oversee internal economic management of the client, identify additional business opportunities, and work effectively in a team.
* Manage service delivery, including SLAs, KPIs, quality, and reports.
* Handle economic management of the service, including forecasting and billing.
Minimum Requirements:
* Higher education degree in a technological field.
* At least 5 years managing infrastructure services and projects with a strong knowledge base in SAP Basis.
* Experience managing services for end clients, including goal management, planning, risk management, etc.
* Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP Basis (products, implementations, services, etc.).
* Experience managing client accounts.
* High level of English proficiency.
Desired Requirements:
* ITIL certification.
* Experience managing clients focusing on SAP and Cloud services.
Location: Barcelona. Hybrid model - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
Salary: €60,000 - €65,000.
