HAYS Technology is collaborating with the leading company in the pharmaceutical sector.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to expand their team.
What would your duties be?
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and product requirements to ensure we meet business goals.
* Design research studies and analyze global survey data (Medical and Commercial). Define and monitor KPIs. Provide insights and reports to regional and global teams with recommended actions to help make business decisions.
* Act as contact point for internal Customers and leadership
* Oversight on-going surveys (quality of answers, prepared reports, etc.)
* Developing and enforcing data policies, overseeing data collection and usage, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain data standards, quality and governance.
* Providing support in design and access management to improve applications and data sources.
Which are the requirements for this position?
* The person should be familiar with pharma industry. Experience in medical insights is a plus.
* Good communication & presentation skills.
* Experience in IT projects and software development highly desirable.
* Confident with the usage of the following tools would be a plus: Qualtrics, Tableau or SQL and Veeva- Salesforce.
* Fluent in English, further languages are highly appreciated (Spanish is a plus)
