Job Description
Purpose of Role
The role is within the Distribution Processes & Optimization area, focusing on managing end-to-end processes of high-priority initiatives aligned with business outcomes and value propositions, ensuring optimal performance of clients and suppliers.
The candidate should be able to precisely manage optimization actions and initiatives, support in the optimization of partners to generate additional volumes, and adapt to new needs, including global projects like Campaigns 2.0 and mapping optimization processes.
This role requires close collaboration with internal teams (Sales & Sourcing, Central Frameworks, CoE, Planning & Performance, etc.) and external stakeholders such as top clients and partners.
Skills
* Data analysis and problem-solving skills
* Proactive, commercially focused, with attention to detail
* Experience with hotel portfolios, accommodation setups, and product display
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Access, ThinkCell, and Hotelbeds systems is a plus
* Ability to collaborate across multiple areas and stakeholders
* Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong results-driven focus
Experience
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
* Professional education in Business Administration or Tourism
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English
