Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Financial Manager, the successful candidate will assist the Senior Financial Manager in various missions:
* Help finance in all admin tasks, especially during closing
* Ensure invoices and related costs are properly introduced and allocated into the system
* Treasury control, bank booking and reconciliation
* Collections
* Control fixed assets (FA), tagging all assets and balancing with accounting
* Assist the finance manager in all accounting matters
* Control insurances with corporate
* Liquidate fruit on time and with proper costing
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of overall experience in Accounting
* Proficiency in Excel
* Fluent in written and spoken English;
Spanish, Portuguese appreciated
* Organizational maturity and effectiveness
* Professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts
* Results oriented with a positive approach
* Ability to deal with change
* Excellent communication skills / Proficiency in computers
