Senior Marketing Project ManagerThe Senior Marketing Project Manager is a visionary leader responsible for driving the execution of complex, large-scale marketing initiatives across global and regional programs. This role is designed for professionals with extensive experience in project management who excel at leading cross-functional teams, shaping strategic processes, and delivering innovative campaigns and events at scale. You will play a pivotal role in transforming marketing operations, mentoring talent, and championing Blue Yonder’s brand on a global stage.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
1. Architect and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of annual flagship marketing projects, including major sales kickoff events, large scale global events, and strategic playbook initiatives.
2. Drive the development and implementation of advanced project management frameworks and best practices to optimize efficiency, quality, and scalability across all marketing programs.
3. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing expert consultation on campaign strategy, process innovation, and business impact.
Operational Excellence:
4. Monitor and analyze project management tool data to proactively identify bottlenecks, forecast risks, and develop mitigation strategies that ensure seamless project delivery.
5. Allocate and coordinate resources by evaluating team skill sets, availability, and project requirements to maximize productivity and on-time completion of deliverables.
6. Oversee multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing and tracking progress to ensure all deadlines and quality standards are met.
Collaboration & Communication:
7. Facilitate kick-off meetings and ongoing alignment with cross-functional teams, driving clear communication of project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
8. Champion cross-departmental collaboration, partnering closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure process consistency and successful outcomes.
9. Report regularly on project workflows, manage interdepartmental collaboration, and ensure transparency throughout all project phases.
Mentorship & Talent Development:
10. People Leadership: Directly manage and develop project managers through coaching, performance management, career development, and workload prioritization to drive strong outcomes and a positive team experience.
11. Mentor and train junior project managers and new associates, sharing expertise and elevating team performance.
12. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the marketing organization.
Brand Stewardship:
13. Uphold urgency, high-quality standards, and accountability in all deliverables and communications.
14. Champion and maintain the Blue Yonder brand, ensuring regional adherence and maximizing brand visibility across all marketing touchpoints.

Required Experience & Skills
22. 8+ years of experience in project management within marketing, creative, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel projects.
23. 3+ years management experience.
24. Advanced expertise with project management tools and work management platforms; experience with Wrike is strongly preferred.
25. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
26. Experience with marketing platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and Drift preferred.
27. Background in design, or marketing departments is highly desirable.
Qualifications
28. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
29. PMP or an equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
