At Factorial, we're looking for a new Sales Account Executive for the Spanish Market in our Madrid offices to help us boost the company to the next level.

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive for the Spanish Market to join our Sales team and demonstrate that Factorial is the best solution for HR management. Your focus will be on effectively positioning the product and personalizing relevance for each customer throughout the sales process. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the full Sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Identifying, navigating, and supporting prospect clients through their decision-making process to close deals.
* Developing creative account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
* Engaging in high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
* Utilizing consultative selling techniques to drive prospects through the sales process.
* Providing accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievements to sales leadership.
* Collaborating daily with internal teams (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Leadership) to deliver excellent service.
* This role offers the opportunity to work onsite in our Madrid office with flexibility for remote work based on mutual agreement.

Your Profile

* Previous customer-facing experience. Prior Sales experience is highly valued.
* You are passionate about sales, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
* Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation.
* Strong presentation skills with the ability to craft relevant, strategic messaging based on customer insights.
* Proficient in social selling using LinkedIn and other online tools.
* Excellent communication and quick empathy.
* Proactive, innovative, and eager to suggest new ideas.
* Analytical, accountable, and detail-oriented.
* Experience in forecasting and pipeline management.
* Proficient in Spanish and professional English.

Bonus Points

* Experience with sales tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
* Background in SaaS or digital transformation environments.
* Understanding of qualification methodologies that nurture curiosity, urgency, and intent.
