As Customer Care & Warranty Manager - Electronics for Europe and Africa, you are able to lead multiple teams and enjoy working with our customer directly.
The purpose of this role is based around three main pillars: Significant Issues & Escalations, Customer Care and Warranty Costs Management

As our next Customer Care & Warranty Manager you will manage customer complaints regarding warranties & getting support from our plant teams to achieve quick actions. You will be troubleshooting all issues in coordination with the plan and monitor forecast and budget the Warranty costs.
**Requirements**:
- Engineering studies and Business / MBA background
- At least 3 years of professional experience in contact with OEM customers.
- Fluent in English and one other European language
