Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and managing regional tour manager teams to deliver an excellent on-tour experience. Focusing on recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to ensure achievement of Collette brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop annual hiring and recruitment strategy to support business growth by sourcing top candidates in the industry to support our brand delivery and excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Evolve training strategy by drawing on individual and team needs through various training models and on-the-road coaching and training. Conducts tour prep and briefing for new and existing tour managers. Assists in resolving issues for Tour Managers on the road when necessary.
* Performance Management: Manage each member of the team to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback through our quality management tool. Identify training opportunities and resources.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Through input and efforts of the regional team, support tour enhancements and marketing content.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
