Job Description
We are strenthening our HR Team in Spain and are looking for a new colleague in Corella, Alfaro or Pamplona-Ergues.
The HR Representative is primarily responsible for supporting business operations with HR activities at the location. This role involves advising and training local managers on daily HR issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing performance reviews, potential analysis, and people development. The HR Representative also supports local managers with employee contract changes, on- and offboarding processes, and ensures adherence to HR compliance, work agreements, and regulations.
What you can look forward to as a HR Representative:
* Act as the main point of contact for HR-related activities and support at the location.
* Advise and coach local leaders on daily HR issues, including employee relations and team management.
* Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, company policies, and work agreements, particularly in relation to disciplinary measures.
* Manage performance reviews, potential analysis, and employee development initiatives.
* Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including smooth and efficient onboarding and offboarding.
* Support local leaders with contract changes and workforce planning.
* Promote HR compliance and adherence to regulations, advising leaders on best practices.
* Actively contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Your profile as a HR Representative:
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in an HR generalist / HR technician, ideally in a multinational or industrial setting.
* Strong understanding of Spanish labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
