Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and expand the client base.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging digital marketing insights.Enhance marketing initiatives to align with growth goals and target audiences.Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across departments such as Strategy, Creative, and Data Science.Maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.Monitor and optimize the performance of growth strategies and marketing campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative ideas.Candidate profile :
Proven success in driving growth within digital marketing or agency settings.Extensive experience in business development and marketing, with knowledge of digital channels, customer acquisition, and market trends.University degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.Hands-on approach, actively engaging in projects and leadership.Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a client-focused mindset.Fluent in English (C1–C2) and German (B2 or higher);
knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.Familiarity with MS Office and Jira is desirable.Application process :
