We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst specialized in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.
The successful candidate will act as a liaison between internal customers and external vendors, working closely with other business analysts.
Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze internal customer requirements, collaborate with external vendors to maintain a backlog, and work with product owners/business analysts.
* Review each demand in relation to platform out-of-the-box features and ensure compliance with Servicenow best practices or propose alternative solutions when necessary.
* Provide guidance on process evolution and platform capabilities.
* Stay up-to-date with regular product evolutions in their area of focus and share relevant information within and outside the solution team.
* Organize UATs, build and update key test scenarios with the external vendor, and propose improvement actions on their functional perimeter.
* Drive functional workshops with end-users, assist vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensure key topics are addressed.
Requirements
* 5-6 years of hands-on experience in the Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner role on the Servicenow platform.
* Critical understanding of CSM and ITSM concepts.
* Good knowledge of ITIL principles.
* Prior experience in large transformation projects is a significant advantage.
