Experteer Overview In this role you will shape the Medical Affairs strategy for dermatology assets across the International Division, partnering with Global colleagues to drive scientific excellence and strategic impact. You lead cross-functional efforts, engage with senior KOLs and regulatory bodies, and translate data into actionable insights that inform asset development and access. You will advance publications, advisory boards, and education initiatives while upholding Pfizer’s standards of integrity and medical professionalism. You help the organization deliver breakthroughs that benefit patients and align with our mission to be a trusted partner in health.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Co-develop international Medical Affairs strategy with Global Therapy Area teams - Serve as subject matter expert for assigned assets and disease areas - Manage multiple products across lifecycle stages and therapeutic areas - Lead international and cross-functional teams;
matrix leadership - Develop and oversee international publications, congress activities, and advisory boards - Identify and collaborate with external partners to inform scientific policy and decision-making - Drive medical dialogue and positioning via advisory boards and scientific communications - Support country-level tendering with credible scientific data - Coordinate with Content Team for data-supported slide compendiums - Oversee data collection for product labels and review external grant proposalsResponsabilidades - MD/PharmD/PhD with relevant degree preferred - Medical Affairs experience at above-market level required - ≥8 years in medical affairs;
