Global Campaign Marketing Manager
Location: Madrid. Join our Demand Generation team and lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build pipeline and accelerate growth across key regions.
What You’ll Do
- Strategize and Execute : Define and implement high‑impact campaign strategies in collaboration with our Product Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate Globally : Work closely with the Integral Marketing Team, Field Marketing Managers and Sales to amplify brand awareness and generate robust pipeline on a global scale.
- Innovate and Penetrate : Use your B2B marketing expertise to spearhead innovative campaigns that break into new markets and drive significant business growth.
- Analyze & Report : Create, manage, and maintain detailed campaign reports using CRM, marketing automation, and analytical tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing for B2B SaaS tech companies, preferably in the EPM/BI software space.
- Proven B2B marketing experience and a clear understanding of the latest B2B marketing techniques (e.g., lead nurturing & lead progression).
- Experience owning campaign strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior management.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, and manage projects with many moving parts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Language skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a bonus.
