Product Manager (Hotel Connectivity) – (Hybrid)
We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Accommodation Team in Barcelona (hybrid). Your role will deliver the best available rates in the market and excellent connectivity performance to maximise the conversion rate of the eDO accommodation funnel.

What you will do
* Grow the booking share of direct contracted accommodation versus 3rd‑party providers.
* Develop new connectivity to channel managers, switches, pull providers and internal tools such as CRM, Analytics and Finance.
* Monitor, enhance and troubleshoot existing connectivities.
* Manage the frontend of the Extranet where hoteliers and partners can manage availability, rates, promotions and content, and receive booking/payment details and market trends.
* Drive a pod of engineers to deliver the above, providing vision, detailed specifications and stories.
* Own the connectivities from specification to go‑live, maintenance and monitoring of technical and business KPIs.
* Own the product backlog and definition of detailed epics and stories.
* Work with Agile Coaches to continuously improve processes and team happiness.
* Connect with Hotel B2B stakeholders to support initiatives and solve problems.
* Liaise with Product Managers of the B2C retail platform to enhance conversion rate and customer lifetime value.
* Lead planning meetings, Scrum ceremonies and present to senior management and partners.
* Monitor KPIs daily, drive improvements based on data and market insight, and manage scope changes and contingency plans.
What you need to succeed
* Hands‑on experience with API development.
* Experience in Hotels (B2B or B2C) and/or API integrations.
* Strong communication, leadership, analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset.
* Passion for Product and Technology, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proficient in English.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with applied AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or similar.
* Experimentation mindset – curiosity and eagerness to explore and integrate AI‑driven solutions.
* Ability to use AI tools to debug code and streamline development.
* Adaptability and learning agility – quickly adopting new AI capabilities.
* Collaboration with AI as “pair programmers”.
