Amazon’s Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a Business Management Specialist to support Latin America. This multi-purpose role requires a candidate with an optimization background capable of managing quantitative planning, along with strategic thinking about customer service initiatives and risk mitigation. The role involves solving diverse problems, from strategic to real-time, using data collection and analysis to support high-volume hiring operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth analyses, think strategically, and identify impactful opportunities. You will deliver technology-based, scalable, secure, and flexible solutions and programs, maintaining a focus on customer and business partner needs. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to define and specify solutions is essential. The role emphasizes process standardization, automation, and tracking business metrics. Building customer confidence through quality delivery, robust processes, and effective reporting is key.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of Amazon experience (blue badge/FTE)
* Proficiency in Excel (macros, index, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, lookups)
* 3+ years of program or project management experience
* 3+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams
* 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of end-to-end delivery experience and communicating results to senior leadership
* 3+ years of process improvement experience
* Stakeholder management experience dealing with multiple organizational levels
* Experience in process building, project management, and scheduling
