Hotel Description

Responsibilities
* Understand the outlet’s concept and food and beverage offerings; be able to verbally explain these to guests.
* Ensure mise en place is completed each shift and during service to provide efficient service, including cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance.
* Operate the point of sales system accurately to process food and beverage orders.
* Upsell services and products to guests to enhance service experience and increase revenue.
* Maintain all outlet equipment and utensils in good condition through proper handling and by performing assigned side duties.
* Assist in stock management, including the collection and proper arrangement of linen, beverages, dried goods, and other supplies.
* Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
* Create memorable moments to surprise and delight guests through gestures and actions in the restaurant.
