** and help us shape the future of digital banking solutions.We’re looking for a
**Tech Lead – Full Stack Solutions
** with strong experience in
**Angular and Node.js
** to design and guide the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative software solutions.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
* Design smart, end-to-end solutions for complex business needs.
* Work closely with our development teams (front with Angular, back with Node.js) to make sure designs become reality.
* Bring best practices in architecture, security, and performance into every solution.
* Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across Santander CIB.EXPERIENCE
* 5+ years in software design/architecture.EDUCATION
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
* Strong experience in Angular and Node.js.
* Knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
* Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
* English fluency (Spanish is a plus).OTHER INFORMATION
