We are strengthening our sales division with a sophisticated, commercially astute Luxury Sales Advisor ready to operate within the upper tier of the market.

It is an advisory position focused on long-term relationship development, structured pipeline management and premium client experience.

Own and strategically manage a high-value pipeline of prime residential sales opportunities

* Convert qualified leads into exclusive VDB clients through relationship and trust based advisory
* Manage the full sales process end-to-end, including coordination with lawyers, notaries and financial institutions
* Advise clients beyond the transaction through VDB's trusted professional network
* Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, KPI tracking and pipeline visibility
* Contribute to weekly sales reporting and performance reviews

3–5 xqysrnh years' experience in prime residential real estate or high-end hospitality sales

* Experience advising international high-net-worth individuals
* Structured, CRM-driven and comfortable operating within KPIs
* Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages advantageous)
