The role is focused on driving commercial growth with Tier 1/2 mobile operators, MVNOs, and TowerCos, particularly in indoor mobile coverage (Active DAS, multi-operator infrastructure) and private 5G networks.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business development strategies targeting mobile operators, TowerCos, and Tier 2 operatorsIdentify and grow DAS and small cell projects in collaboration with technical teamsPromote private 5G solutions tailored to enterprise and industrial use casesBuild trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including technical, procurement, and C-level contactsLead end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity qualification to closingRespond to RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with internal teamsWork with engineering to design customer-specific network architecturesDevelop strategic partnerships with telecom and infrastructure playersRepresent the company at industry events and forumsDesired ProfileThe ideal candidate is a proactive business developer with a strong background in telecommunications and a deep understanding of the mobile connectivity ecosystem.Requirements:5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in telecom infrastructure or servicesExperience working with MNOs, MVNOs, or TowerCosSolid understanding of 2G–5G technologiesSkilled at managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersComfortable engaging with C-level executives and technical teams alikeDemonstrated success in closing deals with strategic accountsFluent in Spanish and English; French is a plusSelf-motivated, results-driven, and solution-orientedWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
