Job Overview A seasoned mechanical commissioning professional is sought to join a high-profile European data centre project in North Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical commissioning activities, ensuring seamless system integration and timely project delivery. Main Responsibilities: To plan, execute, and document mechanical commissioning activities for HVAC, chilled water, pumps, piping, and related systems. To guarantee that all systems are rigorously tested, balanced, and handed over in strict adherence to project specifications and industry benchmarks. To collaborate with QA/QC, construction, and client teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met. To produce comprehensive commissioning reports, test packs, and handover documentation. To troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical commissioning-related issues promptly. Essential Qualifications: Prior experience as a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer on data centre or mission-critical projects. Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems: HVAC, chilled water, pumps, piping, and controls. Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
