We are looking for a Finance Controller (Group Controller / Financial Analyst) to join our Group Finance team. The position can be based in any of our CEE Kinstellar offices and will support our finance operations across the firm.
In this role you will provide professional financial support to Group Management, the Group CFO, the Head of Finance at Kinstellar and local finance managers. The role includes finance controlling and coordination functions for SEA colleagues and local management.
You will work closely with the Group Finance Director and the FP&A; function to support smooth and efficient financial management across the firm. You will also provide group support to Kinstellar Finance Manager(s) and Kinstellar’s affiliated organisations, helping to maintain effective financial operations and ensuring a robust corporate planning and reporting process.
In this role you will:
- Drive group-wide financial reporting and KPI monitoring across 25+ entities in 15+ countries;**
- Lead the budgeting cycle and challenge performance against targets, turning data into clear actions;**
- Identify risks and trends, providing forward-looking insights and recommendations for management;**
- Build and assess business cases, M&A; and expansion projects, including financial modelling and PE-related support;**
- Act as a trusted partner to the Group CFO, Group Finance Director and local finance teams, supporting budgeting, forecasting and decision-making;**
- Own and enhance group controlling processes and data systems, ensuring consistent, high-quality financial information.
Key skills and experience required:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;**
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in financial planning, controlling, reporting, and analysis;**
- Strong understanding of financial processes and principles;**
- Excellent command of MS Excel and proficiency in MS PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems and planning tools is an advantage;**
- Strong logical and analytical thinking, with high attention to detail;**
- Proactive mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to prioritise effectively;**
- Reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with others;**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain financial matters clearly and constructively;**
- Team spirit, intercultural awareness, and genuine interest in working in an international environment.**
