About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Support
professional with the ambition to grow into a
Sales Executive
within our Industrial Business Unit.
In this on-site role, you will support our sales team, assist customers, coordinate commercial information across departments, and contribute to marketing and business development activities. This position is adecuado for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and wants to develop a future career in international sales.
Mission
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
- Support customer needs by providing requested information and relieving salespeople from daily tasks.
- Coordinate commercial questions with other Tolsa departments.
- Centralize and communicate information from other Tolsa companies to customers.
- Execute and plan business strategies.
- Place purchase orders with selected suppliers.
- Organize fairs and events, including stand coordination, service contracting, and logistics.
- Manage marketing content and campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
Sales Team Support
- Provide relevant customer information, feedback, SAP details, and market updates.
- Anticipate internal requests with Customer Service, Sales Controlling & Admin, Logistics, etc.
- Manage product sample requests.
- Monitor general BUI mailboxes and contact potential customers before assigning them to the responsible salesperson.
- Handle technical and regulatory requests via Salesforce.
Customer Support
- Respond to general inquiries and share standard technical information, product presentations, and analysis bulletins.
- Coordinate special labeling or sealing requirements with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
- Manage internal documentation for product registrations abroad and liaise with official organizations (Chamber of Commerce, Ministries, Embassies).
- Request health certificates for exports to Turkey and Morocco through the Cexgan platform.
Support to Other Departments & Subsidiaries
- Confirm sales conditions, prices, and production needs.
Marketing & Communication
- Coordinate all marketing and communication activities within the Special Additives Business Unit.
- Organize events: trade shows, congresses, customer activities.
- Prepare ad-hoc market research and sales materials.
- Define and design advertising actions.
- Follow up with associations, technical institutions, and specialized publications.
- Manage communication campaigns, merchandising, videos, and supplier relationships.
- Create marketing purchase orders in SAP.
Requirements
Education & Technical Skills
- Degree in Administration, Business, or a related technical field.
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience
- Previous administrative experience in a similar role.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
- Customer Service or Customer Support experience.
- International sales experience is a plus.
Languages
- Fluent English
(mandatory).
- Any additional language is a plus.
